Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Our shipping partners are Australia Post, and rates are competitive and transparent. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises.

Delivery Times

Many of our items are lovingly made to order. Production timelines for these pieces are clearly stated in each product description, so you'll know exactly when to expect your custom creation. Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.

For in-stock items, standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days from the date your order is dispatched. During peak seasons (holidays, special occasions), delivery times may take slightly longer. You'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey.

Click & Collect

We also offer free click-and-collect from our Sydney showroom for customers who prefer to collect their order in person. Select this option at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
