SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping Options:
We offer two shipping methods:
- Click & Collect (Free) – Pickup from our location at 338 Penshurst Street, North Willoughby NSW 2068. Usually ready in 5+ business days.
- Australia Post Delivery – We use Australia Post to ship orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items:
- Lightweight Package (under 0.9kg): $15
- Standard Package (0.9–2.5kg): $25
- Heavy/Bulky Package (2.5kg and above): $42
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order is processed.
Processing Time: As each item is made to order, production times vary. Please check the individual product description for the estimated production time for your specific items. Delivery begins after production is complete.
